"You cannot legislate the poor into freedom by legislating the wealthy out of freedom. What one person receives without working for, another person must work for without receiving. The government cannot give to anybody anything that the government does not first take from somebody else. When half of the people get the idea that they do not have to work because the other half is going to take care of them, and when the other half gets the idea that it does no good to work because somebody else is going to get what they work for, that my dear friend, is about the end of any nation.

You cannot multiply wealth by dividing it."

is something we Americans are pretty good at.  I have shared about the Mystic Mud family a few times here on the blog and need to post again to my readers.

The family is split between the NICU and the home as Finn, their latest child was born many many weeks premature...and mom goes back and forth.

They are not wealthy.

Many of us aren't.

They have already had a good share of hardships.

Many of us have.

But they need a bit of help.

Many of us do.

Perhaps you could help, either by sending cash, a gas card, a gift card, or a card filled with your love and hope for the family.

This is their address.

As the mom of a baby born 10 weeks premature, I have a bit of an emotional connection.  I have Michele in my prayers often, as well as Finn and the gang.  Please take a moment and swing by and visit her and leave a comment!  Thanks so much.

Tuesday Ten

all images courtesy of Facebook.  Thanks Bill for access to your account!
Okay, how many of you laughed?

Are you hearing the Jaws theme in your head?

Wondering where the closest Uhaul store is?

Cracking up!?  Level: Alabama~hahahaha

Thinking how cool it would be to do this to the payphone.
Then wondering  if there is still a payphone around!?

Glad technology exists!

Remember this?  I'm still laughing!

Kind of sad...especially from my home state of NM.

You laughed, didn't you?

And of course, last of all...seems legit!

Well how about that?

Third is married!!  My photos are some candid shots...to share a sneak into the day!   To answer your question, yes I cried, and teared up, and cried some more!!
Mr. and Mrs. Trey ........

This is my son Trey and his lovely wife Pat.
I have guarded the names of my children on line for a long time.
Today Trey begins a new journey.
So my blog friends, for many firsts this year...
sharing a name is one of them.

Trey and Pat dancing for the first time as husband and wife.

The centerpieces for the tables were made by
Pat, Fourth, Pat's mom, First's fiance, and myself.

It was so wonderful to work together as a family
and make or prepare everything for the wedding.
The limousine~

Well how about that?   Bill and I are now the parents of a married son!

I honestly can't stop smiling.

I will share more another time.

By the Way

we're going to the chapel today!!

Updates later!!
