"You cannot legislate the poor into freedom by legislating the wealthy out of freedom. What one person receives without working for, another person must work for without receiving. The government cannot give to anybody anything that the government does not first take from somebody else. When half of the people get the idea that they do not have to work because the other half is going to take care of them, and when the other half gets the idea that it does no good to work because somebody else is going to get what they work for, that my dear friend, is about the end of any nation.

You cannot multiply wealth by dividing it."
Dr. Adrian Rogers 1931-2005

This critter, the Ringtail has been a volunteer fireman of sorts in the department
Second works for as it has been living in the building for a few weeks.
Hopefully we can get a photo before it is caught and released in the desert.

We have been enjoying Hanukkah on the farm.

I also have been enjoying bean soup as the temps this past week
have been in the high teens in the evenings! Although we live in the desert we do experience the
winter temperatures...brr is all I can say, oh and I am thankful that we have
a woodstove to keep us warm and cozy.

Here is a photo from the files. Bill was teaching a class on the Bible and
K had to be in Bill's arms.  She loved to go through his pocket(which would contain
a treat).

I am thankful that I can post photos once again and am going to play catchup with the photos I have taken.
