"You cannot legislate the poor into freedom by legislating the wealthy out of freedom. What one person receives without working for, another person must work for without receiving. The government cannot give to anybody anything that the government does not first take from somebody else. When half of the people get the idea that they do not have to work because the other half is going to take care of them, and when the other half gets the idea that it does no good to work because somebody else is going to get what they work for, that my dear friend, is about the end of any nation.

You cannot multiply wealth by dividing it."

The Year of Driving

This past year Bill and I have spent a good deal of time driving here and there and everywhere.
I end up taking photos while driving.  I said to Bill in this photo
Hey Bill,
What?
I love you!

And his smile makes my heart melt!

This photo was on a very cold day and I was freezing!

We were heading to Crime-Stoppers Banquet!
Hmm, we have been driving for a long time!

The next two photos are with this conversation:
Bill? (as he was looking away),
Yes?
I bet I can make you smile!
Then he looked at the photo~
and...
He not only smiled, but laughed!!!

Lots of thoughts on this last photo.
I'd like to credit Bill, as he always ask if I can see
his halo!

I guess he wasn't kidding!

The Year of Driving has been crazy fun and allowed for all these photos.
Oh and Bill?
I love you!

You always seem to be able to put a smile on my face. Thank you for being you, both of you.
