"You cannot legislate the poor into freedom by legislating the wealthy out of freedom. What one person receives without working for, another person must work for without receiving. The government cannot give to anybody anything that the government does not first take from somebody else. When half of the people get the idea that they do not have to work because the other half is going to take care of them, and when the other half gets the idea that it does no good to work because somebody else is going to get what they work for, that my dear friend, is about the end of any nation.

You cannot multiply wealth by dividing it."

Well How About That?

I began my morning outside.  Ignore the time stamp on the camera, I cannot
disable it.  I was outside for about 40 minutes doing this and that.  My final
project was working at the wood cutting area.  I am cleaning up the bark etc.
and hauling it to the area we use for our annual burn (after the rains).

When I came inside I was a bit shocked when I looked at the mirror...

as I saw what I first thought was a bug~and ugh that was a scary second.
Then I realized in my work of shoveling, I ended up launching a mesquite
branch into my hair.  Please ignore the frizzy a.m. hair as it is kind of stuffy
outside and oh well.  Can you see the thorns? The good great news is
that NO thorn poked me all  were pointed outward and enough to tangle my hair!
