"You cannot legislate the poor into freedom by legislating the wealthy out of freedom. What one person receives without working for, another person must work for without receiving. The government cannot give to anybody anything that the government does not first take from somebody else. When half of the people get the idea that they do not have to work because the other half is going to take care of them, and when the other half gets the idea that it does no good to work because somebody else is going to get what they work for, that my dear friend, is about the end of any nation.

You cannot multiply wealth by dividing it."

This is not a scary post

although the first photo may make you think so.   Two weeks ago we had Millie spayed.  We had to keep her indoors for several days to ensure proper healing and such.  It was a bit difficult to keep this giant pup inside as her head is over the table and she is almost to the top of the stove.  We knew she was feeling better the third night as I went to the family room and found Millie sitting innocently enough.
Of course this is around 5 am.  I had to take the photo quickly as she
was trying hard to maintain a proud seating stance.
For me the photo is a bit creepy/scary~

anyhow as I opened the curtains I was able to see a bit more of
why she was so proud.

I waited a bit for the day so I could capture how the family room looked.

Silly Millie!

The toy formerly known as Buster Bunny!

I need to be fair to Millie, she had an accomplice~Athena(Third's dog)...
Millie isn't as street smart as Athena...and was certain
she was doing a good thing!
