"You cannot legislate the poor into freedom by legislating the wealthy out of freedom. What one person receives without working for, another person must work for without receiving. The government cannot give to anybody anything that the government does not first take from somebody else. When half of the people get the idea that they do not have to work because the other half is going to take care of them, and when the other half gets the idea that it does no good to work because somebody else is going to get what they work for, that my dear friend, is about the end of any nation.

You cannot multiply wealth by dividing it."

Pretty much sums it up. Not succinct, but how does one sum up thousands and thousands of pages of dribble succinctly?

If Romney wins, he will do away with Medicare and we will be left with vouchers, just a limited amount of care for each person, no matter how serious the case or illness. You really want that? Yes, what she said was drivel. Try the same analysis of Romney. It won't sound any better! Neither one is my choice for president, but I will choose the lesser of two evils--Obama.

Yikes, I guess this won't make it past moderation. Oh well.

PP-Why not? I am and have repeatedly shared how both Romney and Obama are MORE alike than different. I am sickened by the Republicans constant placing of a candidate that is NOT the choice of the people but more of an establishment person. I choose none of the above. Yep. And more posts to come will reveal this. I have mentioned that ROMNEYcare was first, then Obamacare...hmmm pretty much the same.
