This is Nellie, she is a LaMancha goat and is going to kid soon. She is the doe we bought with Norm the buck. Soon we will have goat milk, goat cheese, and frolicking kids jumping on top of everything (note the photo on the top of the blog).No kidding!
North of the farm is a junkyard. I snapped some photos awhile ago and thought about my Mad Max post and realized I need to share the photos.
Did you know we have dinosaurs in Southern New Mexico?
Well for certain, toppled Rusty Rex dino's! I love the detail with the teeth!
Look at the back! Someone had some creative energy and of course a junkyard at their fingertips~
so they created rusty dino's skinny dino's and more!
No kidding!

I am thinking of asking out landlords who have minature goats if they can put a few of them here and fence it in so I can milk them. They are all white, I dont now what kind but I really want to learn to make cheese. I sure miss having goat milk.
