"You cannot legislate the poor into freedom by legislating the wealthy out of freedom. What one person receives without working for, another person must work for without receiving. The government cannot give to anybody anything that the government does not first take from somebody else. When half of the people get the idea that they do not have to work because the other half is going to take care of them, and when the other half gets the idea that it does no good to work because somebody else is going to get what they work for, that my dear friend, is about the end of any nation.

You cannot multiply wealth by dividing it."

Fear

Who or what do you fear?

Zombies? Economic collapse? A Dictator? Nuclear War? Global anything? The Mayan Prophecy? A thief in the middle of the night? Inner city gang land? Christians? Muslims? Jews?

The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge: but fools despise wisdom and instruction. Proverbs 1:7

When you direct your fear to the One that is the Creator, the Alpha and Omega, the I Am, you will begin a journey that will grant you Hope in times of despair, Peace in the times of war, Comfort in the times of loss, and Security in the times of insecurity.

Many people today make a God that they dont have to fear thus breaking the first commandment.
How many times have your heard people say well MY god is all loving and wouldnt send people to hell? I prefer to serve the one true God who does judge and does send people to hell who reject him and refuse to obey him.

Well said!!!!! When things feel a little 'whacky', I am reminded of a saying I heard a long time ago: "Enter fear, exit faith; exit fear, enter faith." Isaiah 43 has a whole lot of 'fear nots', the first one listed there is leading the way for a good reason. Happy Monday to ya!
