"You cannot legislate the poor into freedom by legislating the wealthy out of freedom. What one person receives without working for, another person must work for without receiving. The government cannot give to anybody anything that the government does not first take from somebody else. When half of the people get the idea that they do not have to work because the other half is going to take care of them, and when the other half gets the idea that it does no good to work because somebody else is going to get what they work for, that my dear friend, is about the end of any nation.

You cannot multiply wealth by dividing it."

Weekend

  1. Dinner out with family on Friday night as I am not home much this past week. Food was wonderful family-amazing.
  2. Slept much of Saturday, after doing some cleaning, and laundry. Woke up, showered, dressed went to Wedding of family friends. Cried like a baby when friend walked his little girl down the aisle, and even more when he hugged her one last time...sob. Went to reception for a few minutes loved the Gerber baby:) and headed home. Teens went to organized dance. Chatted online for a bit, and slept in chair then went to be early.
  3. Sunday---Church, home, sleep, sleep, sleep...I understand why I am tired as the trial with going to base every night makes for a tired person.
It all begins tomorrow, again.
