"You cannot legislate the poor into freedom by legislating the wealthy out of freedom. What one person receives without working for, another person must work for without receiving. The government cannot give to anybody anything that the government does not first take from somebody else. When half of the people get the idea that they do not have to work because the other half is going to take care of them, and when the other half gets the idea that it does no good to work because somebody else is going to get what they work for, that my dear friend, is about the end of any nation.

You cannot multiply wealth by dividing it."

Las Cruces Tea Party Part 3

Happy Birthday America!
Tea Party New Mexico style...every inch of shade had someone standing or sitting in it. Beautiful green lawn remains beautiful as we New Mexicans appreciate coolness a bit more than greenery!

Tea Party Contest for best costume! These folks did fantastic! I love the enthusiasm that we saw today in Las Cruces!

More folks that turned out for the picnic, great speeches, fantastic music and visiting with like minded Americans.

Jim Hoft giving a fantastic speech! Now is the time we stand against those who have waged war on America from the inside (those who have increased our national debt to unsustainable levels, those who have lied all the way to and from DC all ignoring the voice of the people) Our voices can be united, county to county, city to city, and state to state. We are Americans...not Short- Americans, Tall- Americans or any other hyphenated people again...we must all become Americans again= hard working, honest folks that believe in the documents that our Founders wrote~
