Spinach saladFirst walk out your door to your lovely garden and clip some fresh spinach
Second grab your jar of sunflower seeds(saved from previous garden)
Third cut an orange in quarters
~tear up the spinach in bite size pieces put in salad bowl, add sunflower seeds, then squeeze fresh orange juice over the salad. Reserve orange slice to eat on side:)

Yummy!! We've got spinch coming up. I'll have to give this a try. I have sunflower seeds, but not that we grew. Maybe this year!!! We've planted the seeds you sent us :o)

This is one of my favorite ways to eat spinach! I sometimes saute a little tempeh in a few drops of sesame oil, crumble it, and add that too. Almost like bacon bits in texture. Yum!

i loves me spinach! i love it raw, steamed and sauted - but my favourite way to each spinach is in my meat and spinach cannelloni - yummeh!
but nothing beats spinach and wild berries (wild raspberry, wild blackberry, wild strawberry and wild blueberry)- i love wild berries too!
