"You cannot legislate the poor into freedom by legislating the wealthy out of freedom. What one person receives without working for, another person must work for without receiving. The government cannot give to anybody anything that the government does not first take from somebody else. When half of the people get the idea that they do not have to work because the other half is going to take care of them, and when the other half gets the idea that it does no good to work because somebody else is going to get what they work for, that my dear friend, is about the end of any nation.

You cannot multiply wealth by dividing it."

Rain Again

Rain is a rare treat in my neck of the woods. We have a monsoon season near the end of June, but for the most part our days are sunny.

This is a photo of a previous storm, but remains one of my favorites. So as it continues to rain I thought I'd share how the Light is in everything.

Breathtaking!!

We need rain here. We had a little the other morning, and rather than the usual "green/yellow glow", it was orange! The paint on DH's trucks looked green, the, it came a drizzle for an hour or so....no thunder or lightning (which I love to watch dance across the sky)...just drizzle. Think the forecase calls for more tonite.

May your light make you glor today!!
